Xylem Fiber (Wood Fiber) is the result of three-dimensional dispersion in thermal insulation materials, capable of absorbing 5 to 8 times its own weight of water. This structure and property improve the workability, operability and anti-slip performance of materials, and speed up construction progress.
The dimensional and thermal stability of xylem fiber provide excellent thermal insulation and crack resistance in insulation materials. Its water-conducting function fully hydrates between the slurry surface and the substrate, improving surface strength, bonding strength with the substrate and uniformity of material strength, making it an indispensable additive for insulation materials.
Chemical Stability Insoluble in water, weak acid and alkaline solutions; neutral pH; improves corrosion resistance. | Physical Performance Low specific gravity, large specific surface, excellent insulation, sound insulation and ventilation. |
Dispersion & Structure Excellent flexibility and dispersion, forming 3D network structure that enhances support and durability. | Rheology Structural viscosity keeps slurry uniform, reduces twisting shrinkage and expansion, improves precision. |
